Stripped, cleaned and inspected

The support assembly was stripped, cleaned and components inspected for serviceability.

Our team supplied and replaced all out of service limit components.

Roller bearings were replaced with SKF items
Bronze pivot bushes were machined in the SLE workshop and installed into support assembly
New pivot pins and labyrinths were also machined up in our workshop and installed.

Project turnaround time was 8 weeks

Assembly was packaged for sea transport to the site
